Kenneth Darryl  Brown is President and CEO of E3C, a sales, profit and business development company that show companies how to leverage the web and technology to increase sales and profits.  Also, E3C specializes in sales and business success systems, leadership, communication and technology. Ken shares with clients the best practices and principles of sales and profitability.  As an "Sales, Profit and Technology Evangelist", Ken works with growth–oriented companies in technology, healthcare, manufacturing, financial and business services industries.


Mr. Brown has over 20 years of business experience that includes work in computer services, financial services, business process services, human resources and human capital development. Ken is a student, strong proponent and practitioner of Servant Leadership principles. Accordingly, he has incorporated them into his coaching programs and business model. He has trained and coached personnel for the United States Navy and the U.S. Department for Transportation Security Agency, American Express, Advanced Interactive Systems, NCS Pearson, Krauthammer International, Life University, Sierra Corporation, HR Logic, US Personnel, Imago Dei, PEQ, IGMC, DeKalb Micro Enterprise Institute and South Fulton Chamber of Commerce, Launch Funding Network and Trade Bank.


Mr. Brown’s passion is entrepreneurship and is committed to individuals who dare to pursue the American Dream of entrepreneurship and business ownership. He is on a mission to connect one million entrepreneurs in the United States and the world. His goal is for America to become a more entrepreneurial society that celebrates free enterprise. Mr. Brown hopes that his efforts will produce greater volunteer work in disadvantaged communities, better leaders, stronger communities, more jobs, internships and apprenticeships for young people.


Mr. Brown earned a Bachelors and Masters Degree from the University of Michigan and Webster University in 1979 and 1985, respectively. Mr. Brown earned a Certified Financial Planner designation from the College for Financial Planning in Denver, Colorado in 1989.


Before starting his own firm, Mr. Brown was a systems analyst with Electronic Data Systems a computer services company, Personal Financial Planner with IDS-American, Regional Account Manager with Administaff, Consultant with Krauthammer International, District Manager with HR Logic and Business Development Manager for U S Personnel. Prior to his civilian career, Ken was a Lieutenant in the United States Navy where he served in surface warfare and logistic security of special weapons and materials.


Past and present organization memberships include: Georgia State University, Center for Enterpreneurship, the Institute of Certified Financial Planners, the Institute for Investment Management Consultants, Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, 100 Black Men, Jaycees of America, Rotary International, Leadership Gwinnett, Neighbor Leadership Institute, Junior Achievement of Georgia, Atlanta Metro Regional Leadership Institute, Georgia Vision 2020 and Technology of Georgia.


Ken has served on the Board of Directors of several non-profit organizations, among which are: TAG Diversity, Gwinnett Foundation, Gwinnett Health and Human Services Coalition, Gwinnett American Heart Association and Georgia Public Policy Foundation.
