What Would a Passionate Entrepreneur Do?
I will seek to discover my true passion and understand why I am in business.
I will seek to become a student of entrepreneurship and learn the fundamentals of business success.
I am committed to learning the principles of sales and profitability.
I will adhere to the principles of the Best Practices for Sales and Profitability which are:
Control my costs and reduce my expenses.
Improve my conversion rate.
Increase my average sale and number of sales.
Improve my lead generation activities and prospect database.
Create success systems for my business.
I will always monitor my daily activities and ask myself, “Is what I am doing right now, profitable for me and my business?”
I will adopt the principles of Servant Leadership.
I will complete all coaching assignments prior to our coaching sessions.
I will review my business numbers every week!
My current business numbers are as follows: Leads, Conversion Rate, Average Sale, Number of Sales, and Profit Margin:
I will challenge myself and seek to learn new ideas, strategies and technology to improve my business skills and business.
I will listen or watch one audio/video podcast every week!
I will read for at least 15 minutes every day! (For example, a business book, website, article etc.)
I will strive stay physically fit and commit to a regular exercise routine.
I will define my weekly money producing hours and seek to spend that time serving my clients, telemarketing, conducting first call, data gathering and solution presentation appointments.
I will accomplish my work in two hour time blocks. This will enhance my time management skills and increase my profitability, efficiency, effectiveness and productivity.
